Where can I change my password?
If you need to change your password and are already logged in (see below if you can't log in), you can do so from your account page:
After clicking on "My Account", hover over the "Account Info" button as shown below to find the password and email change page:
After clicking on "Change Email Address or Password" you will be taken to a page where you can update your password.
I've requested a password reset but I'm not getting the email, what do I do?
If you are unable to login and need to reset your password to access your account, please follow the steps below.
Be sure to check both your inbox and your spam folder for the email first. If the email isn't there either and hasn't appeared within an hour, please contact support as we may need to reset your password manually after confirming the email on your account is correct.
We will provide a temporary password for you that you can copy and paste into the password field to login. After logging in we ask that you visit your account settings and reset your password as shown in the section above to a password of your choosing.
